FAQ

Your Questions, Answered

The things developers ask before the first call.

  • What is AANGAN?

A visualisation studio. We build your home as a real-time 3D model on its actual plot, then stream it to a browser. Buyers open a link and walk through it themselves.

  • How is this different from renders?

A render is one frame, chosen by us. This is the whole home, and the buyer chooses where to stand. The site is the real site, the neighbours are the real neighbours, and the light matches a real date and hour.ide interior design, architecture, space planning, and renovation services.

  • Does the buyer need to install anything?

No. No app, no download, no headset. It runs in the browser they already have — the work happens on our machine, not theirs.

  • What do you need from us to start?

Drawings or CAD files, the plot address, and any finish schedule you've settled. Rough plans are fine. The more site context we get, the closer the first pass lands.

  • How long does it take?

Four to eight weeks for a single building, depending on how much interior you want. You get a quote with a fixed date within one working day of the brief.

  • Who is it for?

Residential developers and agencies selling homes that don't exist yet. Currently working in Spain and Italy.

  • What if the buyer's connection is slow?

The stream drops resolution before it drops frames, so it stays smooth. Below about 15 Mbps the image softens but the walkthrough still works.

  • Can buyers change the finishes?

Yes. Floors, stone, joinery, and paint switch while they're standing in the room. You decide which options are on the list.

  • Can they pick a specific unit?

Yes. Buyers filter by floor, size, and aspect, then step inside the one they choose. Sold units grey out as they go.

  • Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Send yours or use ours.

  • What happens when the project sells out?

Tell us and we take the link down. No notice period, no cancellation fee.
